A tech guru claims his ex is abusing the courts to force him into a divorce settlement.

Otto Toth, chief innovation officer at AOL, says his former wife, Beatrix Toth, has been “deliberately contriving false allegations,” intended to “induce an evil opinion” of him to his AOL bosses, his Manhattan Supreme Court suit states.

Toth says the smears were meant to get him to settle their divorce suit out of court. He wants $2 million in damages. She could not be reached for comment.
