A knife-wielding teenager was busted for stabbing a man during a heated fight on an MTA bus in Queens, police said.

Jose Delos Santos,18, allegedly knifed the 31-year-old man once in the stomach on board a Q40 bus at the intersection of 94th Avenue and Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica just after 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

The driver heard the two men clash in the back of the bus, flagged down cops and pulled over, police sources said.

The wounded man was taken to Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, where he was listed in stable condition.

Delos Santos was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and harassment, authorities said.

A knife was recovered, cops said.

It’s unclear whether the two men knew each other, and the nature of their dispute was also unknown.
