Cops have collared a teen in connection to a shooting that injured a 5-year-old girl while she played on a Brooklyn sidewalk.

Omar Gelin, 18, was arrested Wednesday and charged with attempted murder, reckless endangerment, assault and criminal possession of a weapon, according to police.

The child was grazed by a stray bullet just after 6 p.m. April 5 after Gelin allegedly fired in her direction on Montauk Avenue near New Lots Avenue in East New York, police said.

The father told The Post at the time the girl had just gotten out of the car and was playing with chalk when the bullet “put like a slice on her head.”
