A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a Brooklyn dad on Easter Sunday, police said.

Kobe Franklyn, 16, was nabbed Saturday for allegedly shooting 26-year-old Jerome Spence about 10:30 p.m. April 1 in front of 131 Sterling St. in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, police said.

After suffering gunshots to his face, chest and neck, Spence limped into the building and collapsed on the second-floor landing, where he died.

The victim, who lived across the street from where the shooting took place, left behind a 5-year-old daughter.

Franklyn — who police said has gang affiliations — was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
