A Brooklyn teen was arrested today in connection with the stray bullet shooting of a 10-year-old boy at home watching cartoons, police said.

Quayshawn Smith, 18, was charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.

The boy’s life was spared by less than an inch on Sept. 1 when a bullet went through the window of his family’s East New York home.

The bullet hit Khalil in the neck and exited through his right shoulder as he watched “Sebastian’s Clues” on The Cartoon Network.
