Prosecutors have charged a Queens teenager in connection with a shooting that killed a 13-year-old bystander.

Eighteen-year-old Gregory Calas is accused of being one of two men who fired shots during an altercation between rival street gangs in the borough’s St. Albans section.

One innocent bystander was hit in the leg. Another bullet hit 13-year-old Kevin Miller in the head, killing him.

Calas faces a charge of second-degree murder. Another teen, aged 16, already faces a murder charge in the case.

Queens prosecutors say Calas is likely to be arraigned late Friday or early Saturday. Prosecutors said they wouldn’t likely know who his lawyer is until the court hearing.
