A 15-year-old Queens boy was struck last night by an SUV driver who fled the scene, police said.

The boy was hit at around 8 p.m. at Rockaway Beach Boulevard and Beach 139th Street in Far Rockaway. Neighbors said he lives in the area; his name wasn’t immediately released.

The teen was taken to Kings County Hospital in critical condition.
