A hit-and-run driver struck a 16-year-old bicyclist in Brooklyn on Monday evening, cops said.

The teen was hit at the intersection of Dahill Road and 37th Street in Borough Park around 5:20 p.m., police said.

The 16-year-old was taken to a nearby hospital by a private ambulance company, FDNY said. His condition was not immediately known, according to police.
