A Brooklyn teen accused of fatally stabbing his abusive father — and then threatening to kill his sister over a cell phone — refused to take a plea deal Tuesday in the lesser case.

Prosecutors offered Hassan Razzaq one year in jail for the April 30 incident in which he allegedly broke down his sister’s door, pushed her down on the bed and stole her phone, spitting, “Give me your f—ing phone or I’ll kill you!”

The sister recanted her accusations, but Razzaq was still indicted on charges of criminal mischief and faces up to a year in jail if convicted, according to defense lawyer Michael Cibella.

The 20-year-old suspect had been out on $1 million bail, which was posted by his family, at the time of the phone incident.

He maintains he did not threaten his sister.

Razzaq, whose mental health has been fragile since the July 2015 killing of his dad, rubbed his cuffed wrists methodically as he stood before Brooklyn Supreme Court Justice William Miller in prison duds.

His family, usually present, was not in court.

Razzq will return to court Sept. 9 on the murder case.
