A Brooklyn teen was killed in a hit-run accident by a van driver with a revoked license, police said yesterday.

Davonte Jeffers died at Kings County Hospital after he was run down at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on Flatlands Avenue between East 54th and 55th streets.

Unlicensed driver Paul Griffin, 41, struck the teen in a van that belonged to a Brooklyn drywall business, cops said.

Though Griffin sped off, officers in the Brooklyn South Task Force caught up with him a block away, police said.

“There was a chase . . . They were in the vicinity. They responded and were able to apprehend the individual,” said Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.
