An argument between two teenage Queens girls turned deadly yesterday when one grabbed a knife and stabbed the other in the heart, cops said.

Starsheema Lynn, 17, was fighting with friend Mary Herron, 19, inside Herron’s Kew Gardens home around 12:40 p.m. when Herron plunged the blade once into the victim’s chest, officials said.

Emergency workers rushed to the home on 135th Street near 82nd Avenue and took Lynn to Queens General Hospital, where she died.

Herron was charged with manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

Police said the dispute was over property, but would not elaborate.
