A Bronx girl who got shot in the eye by a paintball is getting a $460,000 settlement from the YMCA.
Priyanka Pendharkar, 17, was chosen in July 2012 to be a part of the International YMCA’s Global Teens program, a year-long educational exchange program that includes a trip abroad.
The YMCA took the teen to Colombia, where she was shot in an unplanned paintball fight that left her with damaged sight in her left eye.
