A 14-year-old boy was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Brooklyn Thursday evening, police said.

Mohammad Uddin was walking to an after-school program when he was struck by a maroon Chevy Impala as he crossed East Seventh Street at Caton Avenue just after 5 p.m., sources said.

He was rushed to Maimonides Hospital, where he died.

“The family is devastated,” a relative said at the hospital. “They are numb — only 14.”

Lynn Reynolds, 78, fled the scene after hitting Uddin, but was stopped shortly after by police.

She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to exercise due caution.
