A teenager was beaten and robbed in Brooklyn’s Prospect Park on Monday evening, officials said.
The 18-year-old victim was at the playground area near Ninth Street and the Prospect Park West entrance in Park Slope just before 8 p.m. when he was approached by four other young men.
The thieves, described as 16 to 19 years old, told the victim to “run your pockets” and punched him in the face, police said.
They made off with an iPhone 6, headphones and a USB cable, cops said.
