A 16-year-old boy was robbed in Central Park, police said Sunday.

The teen was sitting on a bench inside the basketball courts at West Dr. and W. 86th St. while waiting to meet up with a friend when the two thieves cornered him around 9 p.m. Saturday, police said.

One of the suspects allegedly told the boy to “Run your pockets,” according to police.

When the kid refused, one of the crooks tried to steal his North Face backpack.

The boy tried to hang on to the bag, but eventually let go when the thief threatened him with a knife, cops said.

The duo then fled the park and are still being sought by police.
