A teen was struck down by a driver in Queens this afternoon, authorities said.

The unconscious 16-year-old boy was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital Center after he was struck by a vehicle at 108th Street and 66th Road in Forest Hills, a FDNY spokesman said.

There are conflicting reports whether the driver fled the scene, officials said.
