A Texas teen who hailed a yellow cab in Midtown for a trip to the West Side was instead taken to Washington Heights and sexually assaulted by the hack, she told cops.

The girl, 16, said she got into the vehicle at the Park Central Hotel on Seventh Avenue at 11:30 p.m. Sunday.

She asked to be taken to West 42nd Street and Ninth Avenue, but the driver took her to 614 W. 157th St.

During the trip, he told the teen he wanted to take a five-minute break but then forcibly kissed her on the mouth and groped her chest, she told police.

She finally managed to escape the vehicle and reported the attack about seven hours later from her hotel, a police source said.

“This is a disturbing report,” said Taxi and Limousine Commission spokesman Allan Fromberg. “The NYPD is investigating this with assistance from the TLC, and we have every confidence that they will do everything in their power to find her attacker and take the appropriate action.”
