The 13-year-old choirboy who lost his right eye to a stray bullet in Brooklyn slammed his shooter’s attempt to mount a “psychiatric defense” in court Wednesday.

“He knew who he wanted to kill, so he knew what he was doing. The psychiatric defense isn’t good. It doesn’t make sense,” said Gama Droiville, who cops say was shot as he ran from the wild gunfire of Kareem Potomont, 21, in Flatbush on April 14. “He looks like a don’t-care person. I don’t see any remorse in his face.”

Potomont defense attorney Audrey Thomas said she would argue an “extreme emotional distress” defense, claiming that the man Potomont was shooting at had bullied him and killed one of his friends in front of him.

Potomont, who faces an attempted-murder rap that could get him 25 years behind bars, was not in court.
