The teenage boy who was shot in the head at an East Harlem housing project died on Sunday night, police said.

Juwan Tavarez, 16, had been in critical condition after being blasted once outside the Jefferson Houses just before 5 p.m. Friday.

His death was eventually ruled a homicide, cops said.

No arrests have been made and police haven’t identified any suspects.
