A 17-year-old has surrendered in the fatal stabbing at a Brooklyn gas station over the weekend in what cops believe was an anti-gay hate crime, The Post has learned.

The teen, whose name was not released because he is a minor, knifed O’Shae Sibley around 11 p.m. Saturday at a Mobil station on Coney Island Avenue in the caught-on-video attack, cops said.

He turned himself into the police Friday afternoon, sources said.

Video obtained by The Post shows two groups of people in a heated exchange in the parking lot where Sibley, 28, was fatally stabbed.

The clip shows four shirtless black and Hispanic men gasing up their car — two of them seen dancing in their swim trunks — when another group standing outside the convenience store starts jawing at them.

The two groups then come face to face and exchange words for several minutes before briefly dispersing — and then confronting each other again.

A physical fight breaks out in the background, with Sibley getting stabbed behind a black SUV, the footage shows.

The suspect, who is Muslim, told the victim and his pals that he was offended by the scantily clad dancing, according to sources.

“They hated us cause we are gay!” Otis Pena, one of Sibley’s friends, fumed in a Facebook post, sharing grisly photos from the slaying. “[They were] screaming we Muslim and we don’t like gays!!!!! As we are innocently pumping gas and ya’ll decided to stab on one of us!!!”

Sibley was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center with a stab wound to the chest but he could not be saved.

Charges against the teen were pending Friday afternoon.

Pals said Sibley, a talented dancer, was “vogueing” to Beyoncé’s hit “Renaissance” outside the gas station before the deadly scuffle.

On Facebook, Pena said he, Sibley and other friends were driving home after celebrating Pena’s birthday at the beach — and that they decided to stop by the Mobil two blocks from his house.

Sibley, who moved to New York City three years ago to pursue a career in the arts, was a dancer and choreographer who took part in the Ailey Extension program, the studio said.

The “gentle spirit” had moved to the Big Apple from his native Philadelphia in 2019, his aunt Tondra Sibley told Gothamist.

“Everyone that knew him knew that he was always smiling…he loved people, he loved dancing, he loved teaching dance,” she said.
