Two teens in a stolen car rammed into an NYPD cop after he tried to stop them in Brooklyn Thursday night — sending the officer flying onto the vehicle’s hood, cops said.

Police were responding to a call of a stolen vehicle on Foster Avenue near East 29th Street in Flatbush around 7:45 p.m. when they spotted a Honda Accord — with two boys, 15 and 16, inside who matched the description, police said.

As cops tried to pull over the Honda, one of the officers got out of his marked cruiser, authorities said.

The Honda then rammed into the cop — with the impact hurling him onto its hood, cops said.

The officer suffered a foot injury and was taken to the Kings County Hospital Center, where he was listed in stable condition.

The suspects abandoned the Honda and ran off — but cops caught up to them a short time later and they were arrested, cops said.

Charges are pending against the teens, authorities said.
