There’s a new subway line in town — the H.

The MTA will begin running a free, temporary subway this morning for Rockaways residents stranded since Sandy. The new line — a throwback of an old Rockaway shuttle — operates every 15 minutes between the Far Rockaway-Mott Avenue station and the Beach 90-Holland station.

Far Rockaway riders can switch to a free shuttle bus to the A at Howard Beach.
