A Time Warner Cable employee in Queens was arrested on a felony terrorism charge for posting a drunken Facebook rant allegedly threatening to shoot his boss, authorities said yesterday.

“I wish I had a machine gun to give them all the business . . . I will go to work and blow all them low budget [expletive] heads off,” Jason A. Steward, 29, allegedly posted Sept. 13.
