One of the leaders of a Palestinian cigarette-smuggling ring that cops accuse of having ties to terrorists was held yesterday in lieu of a hefty $15 million bail, according to the state Attorney General’s Office.

Samir Ramadan, 40, was hit with the massive bail by Brooklyn Supreme Court Judge Michael Gary.

When the crew was busted last month, the NYPD said some members had links to terrorists like blind Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman.

The crew — including Ramadan’s brother — is accused of smuggling $55 million worth of untaxed cigarettes into New York City.

The bail application for Samir’s brother and alleged accomplice Basel Ramadan was postponed.
