Motorists who text and drive might want to think twice — cops have got your number.
A whopping 7,495 tickets have been doled out in New York from July to February for texting and driving — a nearly 100 percent jump from the previous six months, authorities said.
The spike comes after a state law change allowing cops to pull over drivers suspected of texting behind the wheel.
