The Temptation Tavern in Flatbush has been declared as rowdy as the bar in the Patrick Swayze movie — shut down by the State Liquor Authority after a series of brutal barroom brawls, sources said yesterday.

Church Avenue’s wild watering hole tallied eight assaults in the last 15 months, according to NYPD records.

Among them, a bouncer was shot in front of the premises, a patron was slashed with a broken glass and on two occasions women were beaten up inside the bar, the SLA charged.
