The “Naked Cowgirl” says Mayor Bill de Blasio should crack down on Times Square’s costumed craziness by targeting troublemakers instead of containing performers in “zones.”

Sandy Kane says she has seen street performers hassle parents and children for tips.

“Now they’re in these designated areas and I’m standing right next to them,” she said of the unruly street performers.
