A former copy editor at the Daily Racing Form, claims he was canned last year because he was the oldest worker at the paper.

Michael DelNagro, 63, alleges in court papers that he was laid off without warning by a boss who blamed the “tough economy,” but had previously “needled” him about his age.

DelNagro, of Manhattan, says Editor-in-Chief Richard Rosenbush once told DelNagro, who was awaiting hip surgery, “Look at you! You’re walking around here like an old man!”

His Manhattan federal-court suit seeks unspecified damages..
