A hungry ex-con broke into an Upper East Side apartment and made himself a snack — then developed a taste for something more expensive, authorities said yesterday.

Antoine Ponder, 29, left after he finished an egg sandwich and orange juice at Jacob Allah’s First Avenue apartment in March — and then returned for Allah’s flat-screen TV, police said.

“I was shocked,” said Allah, who knew something was wrong when he saw dishes in the sink.

Ponder was charged Monday with burglary after police got a DNA match, sources said.
