President Obama received poor marks for the government’s poor response to Hurricane Katrina in 2005 — even though he wasn’t in office then.

In a poll released yesterday by Public Policy Polling, 29 percent of Republicans in Louisiana blamed Obama, more than the 28 percent who blamed George W. Bush.
