A crook stole more than $65,000 in cash from a Bronx storefront — by busting a hole through the back of a neighboring bodega and then cracking into two safes, police and sources told The Post on Tuesday.

The thief or thieves first broke into Del Valle Fruit & Vegetables on West 183rd Street in University Heights around 3:45 a.m. Monday by making a hole in the market’s rear brick wall and then getting in through a drop ceiling, the sources said.

But instead of stealing anything from the grocery, the suspect used a crawl space to slip into La Nacional, a money-wiring and check-cashing business next door, sources said.

The crook broke into two cash registers and two safes, swiping approximately $66,500 in cash before fleeing, sources said.
