An ex-nonprofit director doing 10 months in prison is upset her commissary fund is being drained — to pay back her victims.

Margarita Villegas will be unable “to maintain ties with her family and purchase necessary incidentals” if her account continues to be “eroded,” say just-filed court papers.

Villegas, 55, embezzled $54,000 from SBCC Management, which runs two Bronx apartment buildings.
