A swindler who swiped a Manhattan actress’ $30,000 wedding ring after going home with the woman’s husband was sentenced to time served Thursday and will have no criminal record.

Alma Fooks, 46, previously pleaded guilty to petit larceny and, after complying with the terms of her plea deal, had the charge knocked down to a violation, which is not a crime.

She completed the women’s prison association program and 10 days’ community service to score the sweetheart deal.

Prosecutors say that on July 19, 2017, Fooks met Jean Pierre Henderson, 37, at East 51st Street and Beekman Place then headed back to his apartment.

She left an hour later and Henderson realized she’d snatched his wife’s pricey wedding ring, a $17,000 Rolex, and $3,000 in other jewelry.

Henderson’s wife, Odette Warder Henderson, has appeared on the TV shows “Blue Bloods” and “Billions.”

Just two months later, on Sept. 13, Fooks struck again, swiping a man’s $50,000 Rolex after he passed out.
