A group of thieves robbed a man who was carrying a bag filled with around $80,000 cash in Brooklyn last week, authorities said.

The 24-year-old victim had just collected the large sum of money from several local businesses in Sheepshead Bay and was preparing to do a bank drop when two men approached him near the corner of East 21st Street and Avenue U around 1 p.m. July 10.

One of the suspects pulled out a gun and grabbed the bag off the man’s shoulder before taking off down East 21st Street.

A third man and a woman acted as a lookout and were seen exiting a black sedan prior to the robbery.

Police are investigating whether the crooks may have targeted the victim knowing he would be carrying the hefty sum of cash, officials said.

No arrests have been made.
