A 10-year-old Bronx girl says a scuffle with a fellow third-grader resulted in her being led out of school in handcuffs and grilled by cops for three hours.
In papers filed in Manhattan federal court, Amarilas Bautista says her daughter, Sofia, “experienced what no child should ever have to go through” when the “disagreement” at PS 132 in Morrisania grew ugly.
