This diminutive mutt is quite a wag!

Two-month-old Chihuahua mix Noel took home the Best Wagger prize on Wednesday at the Best in Rescue Dog Show for adoptable canines.

“Adorable Noel is bright, active, and playful, yet very loving,” said a press release for the Murray Hill event, which was sponsored by the Alliance for NYC’s Animals and pet-welfare organization Bideawee.

Ten pooches strutted their stuff at the show to draw attention to animal adoptions.

“All of today’s participating pooches are winners,” said the alliance’s president, Jane Hoffman.
