A man blew kisses at a 27-year-old woman before fondling himself in front of her on a train in Brooklyn, cops said.

The disgusting incident happened on the J train 3:30 a.m. last Thursday as the train was stopped at the Myrtle Avenue station in Bushwick.

The grizzly creep, believed to be in his 60s, was traveling with a walker and at least five bags of belongings. The victim managed to take a photo of the man (at right) and provided it to cops.

He remains on the loose.
