Subway riders can expect a difficult commute Tuesday evening — hours after an A train derailment in Harlem.

One train line is still suspended and several others are running on modified routes through much of the system as the agency works to repair the tracks at the site of the derailment at 125th Street and St. Nicholas.

The crippled evening commute affects hundreds of thousands of straphangers.

A trains will run local in both directions between 168th St. and 59th-Columbus Circle and express in both directions between 59th and Canal streets.

B trains will run between Brighton Beach and 96th Street- 2nd Avenue.

C trains are still suspended.

D trains will run local between 59th-Columbus Circle and 205th Street and normally between 59th street and Coney Island.
