Mayor Bill de Blasio is working just blocks from Yankee Stadium this week to spotlight his administration’s accomplishments in the Bronx, but he won’t be attending any games.

De Blasio, a die-hard Red Sox fan who has never gone to a Yankees game as mayor, offered a curt one-word response when a reporter asked if he planned to finally shatter that record.

“No,” he said.

That drew Bronx cheers from both Republicans and Democrats in the borough.

Michael Rendino, Bronx GOP chairman, said the mayor’s Yankee boycott was just one more reason for him to endorse Republican mayoral candidate Paul Massey.

The endorsement was announced Wednesday night at Stan’s Sports Bar, across from the Stadium — before the two attended a game together.

State Sen. Ruben Diaz, a Democrat, also called out de Blasio.

“It’s like telling us: ‘Later for you,’ ” he said. “People are feeling insulted by him doing this.”
