Good luck trying to run away from this cop.

The first NYPD officer to finish the New York City Marathon in 2018 completed the course in under three hours, the department announced on Twitter.

Srgt. Timothy Dowling finished the race in 2 hours, 58 minutes and 9 seconds, according to the records kept by the race organizers.

“The entire NYPD is extremely proud to call you one of our own!” the NYPD said on Twitter with a photo of Dowling at the finish line.
