Three people walked away from serious injury in the Bronx when their car crashed through a fence and plummeted at least 20 feet before flipping over onto train tracks, video shows.

The melodrama unfolded around 4:30 a.m. Saturday at East Tremont and St. Lawrence avenues, according to the six-minute clip obtained by The Post.

“Is there anybody stuck inside the car? Get off of the tracks!” an EMT warns from above. Miraculously, the occupants were conscious and alert and already out of the vehicle as FDNY and NYPD personnel arrived at the scene.

The FDNY lowered a building ladder in order to reach the three young men, who remained calm and appear to be in stable condition as family members arrive, the video shows.

The three civilians were treated at the scene following the crash, an FDNY spokesman said. No further information was immediately available.
