An FDNY ambulance made quite a spectacle in the Bronx on Tuesday morning when it slammed into a vision center.
Three people were hospitalized with minor injuries after the ambulance tore through the aluminum gate of Optical General Vision on East Fordham Road near Tiebout Avenue in Fordham, an FDNY spokesman said.
Two EMS workers were taken to Jacobi Medical Center, while a third victim was taken to St. Barnabas Hospital, the spokesman said.
