Three teens have been arrested for the fatal stabbing of a Bronx man inside his apartment last week, cops said on Tuesday.
A group of assailants forced their way into 43-year-old Dwane Porter’s room on Morris Avenue near East 151st Street and knifed him multiple times in the torso around 1:20 p.m. Wednesday — as his 29-year-old girlfriend looked on, police said.
Porter was rushed to Lincoln Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead two days later, cops said.
Aaron Taveras, 17, and an unidentified 16-year-old boy were arrested Wednesday and charged with attempted murder, gang assault, assault, and criminal possession of a weapon, authorities said.
Norman Lodge, 17, was arrested Friday and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, cops said.
Police believe the assault stemmed from a dispute among tenants.
Police said they are still looking for others involved in the stabbing.
