A thrill seeker from Staten Island was arrested for allegedly climbing the facade of a glitzy residential high-rise in Manhattan on Monday night, police said.

James Lotito, 31, was spotted by witnesses scaling an apartment building at the corner of West 19th Street and 11th Avenue in Chelsea at about 5:15 p.m., cops said.

He had made it to the 9th floor of the towering building by the time cops arrived, authorities said.

His climb was short-lived as he eventually gave himself up to cops waiting on a 7th floor balcony, police said.

Lotito, who was wearing a GoPro recording device, was charged with reckless endangerment and criminal trespass.
