A thrill-seeking man arrested for climbing a high-rise construction crane in the Financial District to snap photos laughed all the way to a police station house.

Andrew Liu, 25, scaled the 71-story crane at William and Fulton streets at around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, snapping as he ascended, cops said.

The Hell’s Kitchen man was not suicidal, according to police sources.

Cops had to scale the crane in order to get Liu down.

Video footage given to The Post from a passerby shows a grinning Liu, casually chewing gum, being escorted away from the crane and into an unmarked police car.

He was charged with reckless endangerment, burglary and criminal trespass, and held on $2,000 bail.
