A heartless fiend swiped a 20-foot wheelchair ramp from the front of a Long Island home on Wednesday, police said.

The thug — driving a silver Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck — pulled up to a residence on State Street in Oceanside where the large aluminum ramp was in the driveway and drove away with it sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m., cops said.

He drove off north on State Street before turning east on New York Avenue, police said.

Cops released surveillance videos of the suspect’s truck.
