A ruthless gang leader who cops say ordered the mistaken-identity knife-and-machete slaying of an innocent Bronx teen was hauled into a Bronx courtroom along with an accused accomplice Wednesday.

Suspected ringleader Diego Suero, 29, and his alleged cohort, Gabriel Ramirez Concepcion, 26, are the ninth and 10th men busted in the execution of Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz. Both were ordered held without bail.

“These two defendants are the latest individuals who have been arrested and charged in connection with a death that occurred in this county on June 20 of this year,” said prosecutor Christine Scaccia in Bronx Criminal Court.

“There are multiple defendants who have already been brought before a grand jury,” she added.

Both men are members of the Trinitarios gang and had open warrants.

The prosecutor offered no details about the role they played in the death of Guzman-Feliz, 15, who was seen on chilling surveillance video being dragged from a bodega and butchered in the street by gang members wielding knives and machetes.

Police sources said that Suero ordered the murder but that his henchmen mistakenly targeted the wrong boy.

Suero, wearing a maroon polo shirt, looked disinterested, while Concepcion, wearing a white, sleeveless undershirt and blue gym shorts, appeared to sneer at Judge Shari Michels at the arraignment.

Their lawyer, Michael Hughes, entered a plea of not guilty on their behalf to murder, gang assault and other raps. The men had a Spanish interpreter.
Suero and Concepcion can expect a rough time in lockup.

The eight men already in custody for the caught-on-camera slaying have been moved out of general population due to death threats, law-enforcement sources told The Post.

“Everybody wants a piece of them,” a source said.

As a safety precaution, each time one of the suspects is moved, other inmate transfers are frozen and the men are accompanied by corrections officers and a captain, the sources said.

Three of the gangbangers are being isolated in a 50-cell unit at Rikers Island.

It wasn’t immediately clear where the others are being housed.

Meanwhile, police on Wednesday said they are looking for an 11th suspect.

They described him as a male Hispanic, 20 to 23 years old, with his hair in a bun and last seen wearing a shirt, jeans and multicolored sneakers.

In harrowing footage that shocked the city, the terrified teen was dragged from Cruz and Chiky grocery in Tremont and slaughtered in the street by a gang of at least six vicious thugs.

Guzman-Feliz, an aspiring cop, was allegedly mistaken for a boy who raps in a porn video that shows the sister of a Trinitarios gangbanger having sex in the background.
