The manager of a landmark New Jersey diner charged with trying to order a hit on his uncle has also been accused of threatening to kill two waitresses if they reported sexual-harassment allegations against him, according to a report.

Georgios Spyropoulos, who was arrested Tuesday for allegedly plotting to torture and kill his uncle so he could take over the Tick Tock Diner, told a waitress he would “make sure she is buried alive” if she reported the complaint against him, according to a police report obtained by The Star-Ledger of Newark.

“There were allegations of touching, a hostile work environment, telling a dirty joke to someone who was offended by it,” Spyropoulos’ attorney, Matt Cavalier told, The Post about the claims. “Clifton police had the opportunity to investigate and decided not to do anything further.”
