The disgraced former Bronx cop at the center of a massive NYPD ticket-fixing scandal pleaded guilty Tuesday to a slew of charges — including conspiring to kill a witness.
José Ramos, in Bronx Supreme Court, copped to ticket fixing, grand larceny, official misconduct and the most serious charge — conspiring to hire a hit man from his jail cell to rub out a witness in a separate case.
A jury found Ramos guilty in October of attempted robbery and other charges after he was found to be running a drug trade out of his barbershop.
