A 15-year-old boy was stabbed in the neck during a clash with a 67-year-old tour bus ticket vendor in the heart of Times Square late Thursday, cops said.

The teen was riding a scooter at West 44th Street and Seventh Avenue — outside the Palladium Times Square – around 8:45 p.m. when he bumped into the older man, Amath Sow, who had been selling tickets for a tour bus company, authorities said.

That sparked a clash between Sow and the teen – who was joined by two 16-year-old boys and 22-year-old Isaiah Benjamin, cops said.

The group of youngsters repeatedly punched the vendor, who then whipped out an unknown sharp object and stabbed the 15-year-old in the neck, police said.

The boy was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he was expected to survive, cops said.

Sow, of the Bronx, was arrested and charged with two counts of assault, as well as criminal possession of a weapon and disorderly conduct, authorities said.

The 15- and 16-year-olds, in addition to Benjamin, of Queens, were also arrested and charged with assault, police said.

The names of the teens were not released by the NYPD because they are minors.

A friend of the ticket vendor said the worker had been acting in self-defense when he knifed the teen.

The victim and three of his friends had been harassing the worker as he stood on the corner trying to sell tickets for a double-decker tour bus, the worker’s friend told ABC 7.

“He’s standing out here for like 14, 15 hours selling tickets. He’s standing, he’s minding his own business. Then one of them bumps him and tried to grab his jacket. He’s thinking he doesn’t know what’s going on,” the friend said.

A black jacket, Razor scooter and bloody tissue paper were left at the scene.
